B. Payden Photography 365 - Day 23 - 03/05/10: Green Screen Portrait

Today's image is a green screen Portrait I shot last week. I dropped out the green screen and replaced it with a muslin background, I then Sepia toned the image, softened, and added a subtle black vignette to accent the model. I love the lines in this image and think it was a very successful image from the first test of my new green screen.

Today's image is from a wedding I shot in June of 1998 and is of the Groom and his Best Man. This was a beautiful wedding at a local park in Manassas, Va. We have over 12 years experience with weddings here at B. Payden Photography; be it small, large, or destination weddings we have done them all. We shoot our weddings in a photojournalist-documentary style and don't just shoot the images from your wedding we strive to record the emotion as well.

B Payden Photography 365 - Day 13: Sarah and Roger Engagement Portraits 02/23/10

This portrait is from an engagement sitting I shot in September of 2008 for Sarah and Roger. We shot an engagement session for an hour at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens and then we all went to the beach for an end of season beach portrait session. They were both great to work with and were very pleased with all their images.

B Payden Photography 365 - Day 10: Romines Wedding Reception 2/20/10

I recorded this image in October 2001 in Las Vegas, NV for two very good friends of mine. They flew me out to Vegas to shoot their Wedding Reception at Mandalay Bay. It was a beautiful wedding and I am thankful I got to share in their special day! This is one of my favorite B&W images from that day. I shot this with a Canon A2 with Ilford 100 B&W film.

B Payden Photography 365 - Day 9: Brooks Wedding 2/19/10

For the last week I have been sharing several of my nature and landscape images, this week I will be sharing several wedding images I have recorded over the years. I shot this image June of 2009 in Northern Va. This is one of my favorite altar portraits from this wedding. The Bride and Groom were great to work with and I had a great time recording their memories of their special day!
